The OR-Tools engine reduced mileage by 10% against a nearest-neighbor benchmark, eliminated 25 kg of modeled CO2, and achieved 90.3% vehicle utilization. The live Plotly dashboard makes fleet, cost, utilization, and route tradeoffs easy to compare.
